This whole experience/trip/ ordeal was a total/complete/absolute disaster/mess/ nightmare. From the moment I got/arrived/started, things were screwed up/going wrong/horrible. The staff/service/people were rude/unhelpful/incompetent and get more info the food/rooms/facilities were disgusting/awful/terrible. I felt trapped the entire time.
